Show Article: Cancel a Transaction
To cancel a transaction, it must have the status cancellation. Bookings should be canceled in principle after the dispatch of documents to the customer or to an agency. A deletion inhibits correct accounting and tax collection.
For the cancellation invoice, it is important that a cancellation rate is set. You can set this rate in a transaction under the Options tab itself. The cancellation statement itself can be accessed on the document tab.
