4. Create a transaction

When you create a transaction, the necessary data for an inquiry, option or reservation are first needed.

As Required fields are defined:

• Rental object
• Start time
• End Time
• Departure Base (if available)
• Arrival base (if available)
• Customer
• Agency (optional)
• Price

The catalog price, the discount, taxes and extras are automatically loaded from the catalog, which is allocated to the home base of the rental object.

The availability check is performed automatically, a booking can not be created when this overlaps with another reservation or booking in the system. After creating a transaction you will be forwarded directly to the edit page of the transaction.
