You can manage your entire customer base and not only customers who have already rented a property via the navigation point customers.

For each customer master data such as address, language, welcoming and customer-ID can be set. The customer ID can hereby also be automatically set according to its own pattern on the numbers generation. In addition, you can save contact information such as e-mail or multiple telephone, mobile or fax numbers and add internal data such as bank account, comment or default payment term.

 

It is recommended to store all by the customer sent files in the file management system. All rental transactions by this customer can be found under the tab transactions.

 

When a customer who has never booked online, books online, this customer data will be automatically transferred to your customer base. You can easily merge a customer later with an existing record. If a customer later make changes to his user profile like update his address data, these changes will be shown and you can take them over with one click.
