2. How can I request further data during online booking?

The first question is whether the information is assigned to the customer or to the transaction. If, for example, you want to query the driver's license number, an assignment to the customer will be useful (in the case of follow-up orders this will be used again). If, for example, you want to store a field for further information, an assignment to the transaction is useful.

Go to Configuration => Custom Fields. Select either the customer or the transaction fields, depending on your choice. Now add a new custom field. The following settings are important:

• Visible when creating must be activated.
• Permissions: Write access must be granted to the customer.
