2. How can you adjust commission or privileges at a particular agency?

Select the appropriate agency in the agency base and you can then administer the following properties at the tab relation:

• May View Occupancy: The Agency is allowed to see the occupancy of your rental objects
• May Request: This agency can make an inquiry at all
• May Reserve: This agency may directly carry reservations (if rates are registered in the system)
• May Book: This agency can book directly (if rates are registered in the system)
• Valid days for Reservations: After this number of days forfeit an option of this agency
• Profit Share: The commission rate in percent, attributable to the agency at the time of booking

The default settings in your profile apply to all your agencies and end-users who do not have other settings in their customer or agency base.
