2. How does an agency have access to the occupancy?

As an agency you will receive access to the occupancy by getting the right of the rental object owner. If you have access to the occupancy, you'll see whether an object is blocked at the time or available. You can make requests, reservations or bookings directly from the occupancy.

You can contact a provider simply by clicking on the menu item provider list and then click Send Message. So you can ask the owner for permission to their occupancy. Some owners have their occupancy by default shared with all agencies.
