Show Article: How to create a fixed deposit
Select in the left menu page: Configuration -> Terms of payment. If necessary, create the parts for down payment and balance payment. Set the percentage amount of the down payment to 0% and the desired down payment amount as fixed amount. For the remaining payment, you must set the percentage amount to 100% and the fixed amount to the negative down payment amount.
