In order to enable easy communication within the portal, users have the opportunity to write messages to one another. Providers can only write messages to clients and agencies that use the online system. The receiver automatically receives the message sent by email.
Messages can also be forwarded to other users, for example, to an agency. All sent messages are available on the tab Sent.
For new requests, which must be processed, the messages are sent automatically. It is possible to adjust the settings so that each new message is automatically forwarded by e-mail to an e-mail address in the recipient's profile.
