You can define your own notepaper in the document settings for each template. Go to the document settings ​​​​​ ​​and upload a PDF file. Another format is currently not supported, but you can easily convert JPG or PNG files to PDF files online. This PDF file is then automatically placed behind your document template, but it is not displayed during the processing of the document template.

For example, if you want to use a different notepaper from the second page, or only display a notepaper on the first page, that is not a problem. Simply upload a multi-page PDF, the last page is repeated then.

If parts of the document extend into the header or footer of your notepaper, you can increase the page margins at the top and bottom. To do this by setting a larger value in the fields "Margin Top" and/or "Margin Bottom". Save after the changes and check the view in a transaction.

Note: Please do not store document attachments such as TC (Terms and Conditions) or additional terms of contract as notepaper. Use the convenient feature of the document attachments to attach any number of additional PDF attachments to the back of the document.
