2. Placeholder Enhancements Improvement

Placeholders are now also available for e-mail salutations and e-mail signatures.

This plays along with the new placeholders for Login_Name (complete name of the login), Login_Firstname (first name of the login) and Login_Email (e-mail of the login), which are available for all e-mails and templates. For manually sent e-mails the login is the currently logged in user, for automatic e-mails the contact person stored in the transaction.

The Valid_Date placeholder can now also be used to specify the validity date of a reservation.
