A transaction is a collective term that can be anything from inquiry to booking or transfer. A transaction is defined by a period (eg 1 day or several weeks) and always associated with a rental property.

There are the following types of operations:

• Request
• Reservation
• Booking
• Cancellation
• Transfer (relocation of the rental object)
• Blocking (for example, maintenance or personal use)
• Specials

Management Tools and discounts

For each transaction, other rental objects can be added after saving using the tabs. Then you can manage things like extras, rebates, payments and damages.
