2. What are the small color bars in the occupancy plan for?

The color bars in the occupancy plan, which often appear to the left of a transaction, represent the payment status of a transaction:

• When no color bar is visible, there are no open claims
• With an orange color bar there are still open demands in this transaction
• For a red color bar, claims in this transaction are overdue

If you have not selected a payment condition in a transaction and therefore no claims are generated automatically, no color bars are displayed.
